Dewbien has been practising yoga for 10 years in a variety of styles including Kundalini, Bikram, Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga. At first yoga was a way of increasing flexibility as she has always suffered from very tight muscles, but as her practice deepened, she became transformed and empowered by the meditative and restorative power of a daily practice. She decided to change career paths and train as a yoga teacher to share this with as many people as possible, and to challenge the stereotypes of what a yogi looks like.
Since qualifying as a Vinyasa Flow teacher in February 2018, Dewbien has been studying the power of movement, dance and the bodies natural mechanisms for healing and combines these as in her classes.
