Lisa has practiced yoga for over 30 years and decided to make a shift in her life and came to teaching 3 years ago. Lisa has learned a lot in her own life and yoga is by far the most intrinsic to change and transition, and sharing that experience as a teacher passes that understanding forward for others to find their own life journey in their own time.

Essentially Lisa teaches in the Scaravelli principle of the six ways of the spine and blends this with the shifts and changes we might embrace through the energy of vinyasa flow, Iyengar alignment and the slowing pace of Yin. Bringing the narrative of the theory, as well as the philosophy into play, her teaching is often animated by theme and focus, bringing story, myth and the reality of the mind and body into one space.
